Synopsis:
During a raid by the wicked molemen, agents of the evil Mumm-Ra entered the cats lair, kidnapped several members of the Thundercats team and stole the eye of Thundera. Lion-O was out on a mission when the raid took place but vows to rescue his mates and return the eye of Thundera.

"its a speccy looking port thru and thru and instantly I`m one who bags anything speccy looking on the cpc.... however CPC Thundercats was alot of fun - lots of levels, cool bonuses and bonus stages, flying around in a cool ship and bashing and shooting everything :) "

"A mediocre game with very nice graphics and a variety of settings but little else, becoming rather boring soon enough. The intro tune is a classic."

"Below average game that while being more fun than the Amiga version (Don`t know why), is a real waste of a license that had so much game potential giving the abilities and variety of the classic cartoon characters. Funky Whitaker tune though not based on the cartoon theme."
