Synopsis:

Catch the action with Toobin - the worlds first inner tube race! Join Biff and Jet the tube-dudes as they cruise the worlds roughest rivers. Check out the rapids, stay one juimp ahead of the crocs and arm yourself with tin-cans to biff any creeps that get in the way.
