Dizzy

The game that started it all! Without this game there wouldn?t be Treasure Island Dizzy, Fantasy World Dizzy or even the Seymour games! Dizzy finds out about the legend of Zaks and finds out about the potion which will destroy him. So Dizzy decides to make the potion and destroy Zaks forever, or so he thinks.

Graphics

MODE1 graphics set the scene for the rest of the series (with the exception of Crystal Kingdom Dizzy, but they will be savaged another time). Good graphics, but because this is the first game in the series, they can be improved upon.

Sound

Same with the graphics opinions. The music is good but it can be improved upon.

Gameplay

Enough to get you hooked with lots of puzzles, but the structure is a lot different from the rest of the Dizzy games. Personally, I went off it after playing the others.

Overall:

A very nice start to the Dizzy franchise.
