I don'nt know why,but cpcwiki  not works wiith my psp and bolt web broser.

I try access cpc wiki in my bed(yeah! or macdonalds jeje). But cpc wiki returns this error:

"
Access forbidden! You don't have permission to access the requested directory. There is either no index document or the directory is read-protected.

If you think this is server error, please contact the webmaster.

Error 403
www.cpcwiki.eu
date
Apache/2.2.10(linux/suse)."

But if I use a proxy,I can acess the site normally. So I think cpc wiki are blocking my psp ¿?.

Please,¿can you corrige the problem?.

Gryzor

Huh?! I'd bet it would be the opposite (with a 503), that it would fail when you tried through a proxy. But I'll lift that limitation altogether as well.

Can you give me your IP range?

Unfortunately 403 is a response to a great variety of situations... but do try this: try visiting http://www.cpcwiki.eu/index.php/Main_Page directly. Does it work? Or http://cpcwiki.eu/forum/index.php ? If so then it's a browser issue probably...

I was getting 'Access Forbidden' error message this week when trying to access the wiki forum from a hotel in Geneva.  Worked fine from client office though.  I thought it was just me, interesting that someone else got similar errors this week.  I'll see if it does it again next week.  anything specific (data wise) you want me to check/ gather?

Gryzor

Well, in your case it was the hotel proxy (I've edited out the proxy-related rules, btw, it should always work now, from work, home or hotels).

I had never heard of the Bolt browser. I tried an online demo and it worked just fine, but in any case I'm glad you found the solution :)

Bolt is the best browser for portatil devices.Much better that browsers standard of mobile.I use it in psp,And the thiference is abismal,When sony browser say "out of memory" bolt works perfect, and support all html5 included.

Also is completely free,So not need demo.

The people not know it because normally they use the stock web browser of mobile. But in psp scene is very know.
