Peter Campbell was the co-proprietor of Campursoft, an independent software house; and of WACCO, which acquired the rights for the Protext range of software when Arnor went bankrupt.

Based in Glasgow, Peter was affectionately known as "Peter fockin' Campbell". His contribution to the CPC world was immortalised in the catchphrase "Och, could you change the fockin' colours?" - after several programmers who submitted software to him had their meisterwerks constructively assessed with exactly that phrase.
