System Disk

The Amstrad CPC computers mostly came with included system disks.

The system disks varied in look and content, depending on the CPC-model they came with.

• Disk 1: CP/M 2.2 System and Utilities
• Disk 2: CP/M 2.2 DR LOGO & Help
  • Disk 2 also contains a game demo (RUN"ROINTIME.DEM")
  • The system disk contains the utilities

  • for copying, verifying (checking) and formatting disks with one or two disk drives

• Disk 1: CP/M 2.2 System and Utilities

  • Disk 2 also contains a product demonstration in local language

  • Disk 4 also contains a product demonstration in local language (For Germany: Two variants of the product demonstration exist, one for Schneider (-1988) and one for Amstrad (1988-)
