Title: Arnor ADx Cartridges
Post by: robcfg on 22:59, 12 September 11
Hi, folks!

I scanned an Arnor AD2 cartridge at CPCManiaco's place, and I found that on our AD1 page, it's stated that the AD2 could hold 4 roms.

I can confirm that it's not true. Looking at the pictures, I cannot see a difference between the AD1 and AD2 models.

How should I proceed? Shall I upload the AD2 pictures to the AD1 page, or create a new AD2 page and link it to the AD1 and Arnor pages?

In this case, if AD2 is only a revision of AD1, i think it would be better to add it to the AD1 page :)

Put it on the AD1 page first. when we've all seen the scan, we can decide whether it merits having it's own page.

Finally I got the time to upload the pictures.

The AD2 looks exactly the same as the AD1, but you can read AD2 on the PCB...

The two devices look very similar and use the same IC's, the only obvious difference is that they forgot the Key-way slit on the edge-connection on the AD1, probably the reason why they had to release a second version :D You can just imagine the "Doh!" that went through the engineering office back then.
