Title: Can I turn this easily into a NLQ 401 Printer by swapping EPROMS?

Love the name of this unit - "GLP" - "Great little printer" :laugh:

Actually, don't need to do this - this great little printer already has an NLQ setting (can be activated via DIP switch). Also, it has RS232 and Centronics. Extremely versatile and handy. Love it.

Btw, I am selling a NOS GLP... since I had to repair / refurbish it, I got the second one (NOS as well) for a greatly reduced price. I now have 2 fully functional GLP's.  There is an Ebay auction for this one.

Just found another relabled Centronics GLP: apparently, also Yamaha sold it for the MSX computers:

But it seems the Yamaha one is missing the serial port option:
