Hi all
I've been hunting around online looking for a piece of hardware I can buy, or a guide to allow me to connect my CPC 464 to a Raspberry Pi. I'd like to be able to get console access to it. My thinking being that it would be pretty awesome to be able to SSH into the office and do my work from an 8bit PC (99% of the stuff I do is from the command line anyway).
I had found one youtube video of someone doing something similar (see below) but he doesn't have a guide to the breadboard circuit. :(
Any ideas anyone?
Nice... i posted here before to do just that and more but seems no one in the cpc community even wants to do that and be paid to... CPC / Raspberry Pi Bridge Card (http://www.cpcwiki.eu/forum/amstrad-cpc-hardware/cpc-raspberry-pi-bridge-card/)
Isn't a serial RS232 connection what you are looking for?
You can connect it to the Pi io pins or use a RS232 to USB adapter.
Here (http://cpcwiki.eu/index.php/RS232) you can find a list of serial interfaces for the CPC.
Hope this helps!
Nothing
Maybe recycle that ?
