Hi
I think this is a small sensation. Wiedmann, the makers of the Wiedmann BTX Modul for Schneider CPC or Joyce are still active - and they still have Schneider and Amstrad logos on their webpage, http://www.wiedmann.com
Are they still selling old 8bit hardware? No, not really, but they've topped it, and went to older-than-old hardware, read on... http://cpcwiki.eu/index.php/Wiedmann :-)

Ok, that I call ultra-retro
I hope Wiedmann has nothing against copying screens from their website...
But I am sure, you (nocash) asked them for permission ;)
Dobbertin still sells their programmers (for other platforms of course), too. http://www.dobbertin-elektronik.de/ (http://www.dobbertin-elektronik.de/).

The new ones also use Bluetooth, so you can send signals from every bluetooth phone, too.
(Or from bluetooth CPC adapter)

you can choose to power it from the cpc, or a seperate power supply.
cpc powered, it can shoot a cannon ball 2m, seperate power supply it can shoot it 100m. :P

When you overclock your Z80 to 8mhz you can also shoot 4m! (also with 900watts power supply you can shoot up to 10km)

Have you asked them recently? A few months ago they offered me some Amstrad Notepad (NC100/200) stuff. (Books, serial cables and a few games on memory card). They might still sell these things.
OMG, they even produce carts... :P
Why would they have the logos on their site if they only focus on cannons (sweeeet!)?
And why would they object to the photos being shown here? Heheh, this made me think of the Beau-Jolly case back in the Zone... another gem lost in time...
PS Of course you all know about those USB rocket launchers, eh?
