Seems like a really stupid question i have to ask, but i have recently acquired a 6128 that i am using on my CTM644, but i cant seem to get my lightgun working on with them.
Does the magnum only work with a CRT, or should it work with no issues with the official monitor?
Well I'm not a lightgun expert but your CTM644 IS a CRT monitor like all official Amstrad monitors.
So I'd expect it to work with the lightgun.

Operation Wolf has 2 versions.
One of them supports lightgun, this version also flashes.
Well, I have tested several CPC6128 for FutureOS and light pen / light gun support. It turned out that the light pen / light gun (using the expansion port) works not with every CRTC.
So, if you could have access to a CPC with different CRTC, you should give it a try to see if the light gun works at all.
