To get them talk directly to the people making them; message @Duke (https://www.cpcwiki.eu/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=1624) for an M4 and @TotO (https://www.cpcwiki.eu/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=290) for an X-MEM and MotherX4.

Hi there,
Just noticed the wording of your request, that you were looking for one or the other.

Just in case you weren't aware, the two devices have different functions.

The M4 board is a board that allows (non protected) disk images and cartridges to be run from an SD card. It also provides Wi-Fi connectivity to the Amstrad, as well as acting like a virtual ROM board. However, no additional memory.
The X-Mem is a memory expansion. It also has ROM slots on it as well, but it won't read disk images, etc.

Just clearing that up for you. :)
