Part ID please

Retrieved my CPC464 from parents loft (as they are moving), I've not actually seen it for 30 years so spent the evening in a nostalgia haze before noticing a rattle when moving it. Upon opening, the following components in the picture were loose inside the case, presumably from the tape deck?


I can't seem to find it (or anything that looks like it) from reference pics on the internet so thought I'd ask you knowledgeable peeps. What is it?

Ah - just seen the tape deck tune up on Noel's Retro Lab. Its from the Pause button....
