What is the current status of the XMASS board and the 4 slot mother board that was designed to complement it? And the other add-ons? Are they generally available these days?

Unfortunately TotO ceased production of all his Amstrad peripherals at the start of the year.

for the time being, until someone else produces Mother-X4 boards or ToTo changes his mind... you can still buy JustCPC 128k which has 2 x Mother-X4 compatible slots on it.
