Does anyone know what the approximate speed of the 464 tape counter is (in units per minute)?

I'm trying to convert CDTs to WAVs and feeding them to my 6128--which works great so far, but now I need a way to turn tape counter units into minutes in the WAV file.

P.S. Looks like about 20 units per minute (or perhaps slightly more?) is a decent fit...
