Title: transfering .ROM files
Post by: francouai on 18:07, 30 September 16
hi there
I"m looking a way to transfer XMASS.ROM and other SYM-ROMx.ROM files just downloaded in my Windows10 PC to my poor little 6128+.
I want to play with my XMEM/XMASS.
I have a GOTEK drive only on my CPC.
cheers

Use ManageDSK to create a disk image, import the ROM files to the image and save the DSK file. Use Jeffs Software to convert the DSK file to a HFE file. Copy the HFE to the stick you use on the Gotek. Now you can mount this image on the Gotek and use what your prefered software is to program the x-mem.
