Title: What is this cable ?
Post by: remax on 16:56, 26 January 18
I recently came across a strange cable in a CPC lot :

On one side it has female DB9 :

and on the other side a DIN "180 degrees 5 pin" like :

Anyone has an idea of what it could be ?

I read serial/Midi things but the db9 looks really like a standard amstrad joystick plug, not a serial one. It is possible to send midi through joystick port ?

Perhaps it's unrelated with CPCs ?

So how does this work exactly? Does it do torrents as well?
