Sorry, I am doing a quick test with winape, I do:
run "#install.bas
but there is an error in line 104
|FLASH,"I290723.ROM",2
it seems it does not find the rsx flash.

|flash only works on xmem.
For winape, you must take the files and put them on the slot number specified after |flash.

The rom file must be flashed on slot #3.
Warning : For emulators users, Use the same file without header !
