Title: Soundtrakker 1.0 source code available
Post by: BSC on 20:42, 06 May 24
Hi everyone, hola CPC archeologists!

I managed to recover the source files which make up the 1st iteration of Soundtrakker, written around 1991. The README contains a short story about the recovery, so have a look at https://github.com/BetaSoftCologne/soundtrakker if you are interested in some old stuff.

Awesom, thank you for that.

And as always great comments  :P That was not master class at that time, where the assembler just had enough memory to compile it without any comments.

So nice little program but a little bit hard to understand for anyone want to learn how such a thing works  ;)

Try writing a poem out of all these words :)

I think my German is good enough for that:

Aldi is definitely the discount shopping routine ...

I asked our "nimmermüden Rechenknecht" ChatGPT to do the work we lazy humans are to lazy to do ourselves:

Im kleinen Kaff, da wohnt die Oma,
auf dem Dach krabbelt leis die Laus,
die Maus schläft friedlich in ihrem Schaff,
und manchmal ist's laut im Haus.

Im Aldi geht's hoch her,

(just slightly off-topic in relation to the ST sources)
