Broken pages with german characters

Let's see if any german users can help... probably not, as with the previous such instance, but...

I came across to Z80_Maschinen_-_Sprachekurs_f%3F%3FÂ%3Fr_den_Schneider_CPC_464/664/6128 which had its umlaut substituted with the long code, and it doesn't work...

Also: 3??Â?" & 5??Â?" Disk Drives .

If anyone can figure a way to access these pages and suck the content...
