Hello guys,
Trying to tidy things up a bit. Among others, I deleted the Sidebar link to: News and Projects - CPCWiki - The Ultimate Amstrad CPC Community & Encyclopedia! (http://www.cpcwiki.eu/index.php/News_and_Projects) .
The reason I'm writing this here is because it's a good page, but it doesn't make much sense as it is. If anyone wishes to contribute I'll gladly put it back on...
I see from this page that nothing has happened in the CPC world since January 2010 :o
As I said...
Basically having a page tracking the progress of various projects is nice, but is it really needed? And, can it be kept up to date?
It could be of use as a reminder of what projects are still going on and what has been abandoned.
You're right about that. If someone could clean it up I would probably promote it, maybe even first page...
But deleting the sidebar link makes it less likely that people will even find the page, never mind update it.
Well, yes, but it's been there for ages and nobody does. This is why I posted here - I prefer to unclutter the home page as much as possible instead of linking to everything we'd like people to contribute to...
How about putting the link to the Forum back on the Wiki front page?
I thought the forums had been closed down!
Edit: Oh, it's a giant image now with no text, I completely didn't see it.

Hahaha :D Actually it's still on the sidebar, last option.
