I have just done a search and there are no members using the name alan sugar, so his name can be removed from the list of contributors, leaving a space for robcfg.
Maybe he deleted the account and moved on, can't bother to check right now... but his contributions are there (http://www.cpcwiki.eu/index.php/Special:Contributions/Alan_Sugar)...
