Finally figured it out... had to wake up at 7am to do it.
Try doing a search on the wiki :)
(please forgive me, but...)
what has changed?
:-[
Hmmm? Try the wiki itself, not the forum...
*sigh*... ok, here it goes: we're now using Ajax-enabled search auto-suggestions. There.
ah, now i see what's going on.
nice work. :)
Is it possible to change it so that it ignores the case? If I search for "basic" it doesn't suggest "BASIC" at the moment, cos' I didn't use capitals. It finds the BASIC page when I search, it just didn't suggest it in the ajax thingy-whatsit. Or would that require you to get up at 6am?
Bryce.
Ooh, I think this may be buried deep, but I can try asking, at the very least. Thanks for pointing that out.
Basically it reads, of course, the wiki's db, and in there lower case and upper case chars are different. Of course. So you should ignore case (again of course), but this is tied to other db-related functionality in the mediawiki code and I'm not 100% sure it can be tweaked. But, as I said, I'll try.
PS 7am is early enough. For some twisted reason, I only wake up at 6am during my vacation time. So if you can wait till next August... :D

Syntax Error!! ;D
Could you rig up the Wiki Search so it is hot wired into CPC Power just to pull up all the CP/M Programs in it? 8)
Sure, if they give me access to their db and I can hack the mediawiki code to also crawl an external db, I'm sure I can do it - and break everything in the process.
