That's not a problem, in fact it's quite nice, but you'd want to get a note at the top of the page.
I think it's not a big problem, although of course it'd be better if there was just one big form with all the questions/entries.
No note possible at the top, the polls in the forum go to the very top by default. But maybe we could create another topic, with detailed instructions and whatnot, and link to the poll from there. Then the poll would be locked for discussion (not sure if possible to disable discussion and still enable voting though!)
