It has IP 0.0.0.0 so it's from system internal.
It posts since Gryzor installed the newsbot.

Nope, it's not from when the newsbot was activated, I had seen instances before that, but I had deleted them. I have left this here on purpose because I'm trying to look into it with the SMF community...
