Hi,

I did not find a suitable category for this post. Sorry if posted in wrong category.

I get the following error when trying to upload images to the forum.

Your attachment has failed security checks and cannot be uploaded. Please consult the forum
administrator.

I have resized image to as small as 640x480, but still get the error. Is it a known bug?

EDIT: It looks like it is a known problem. Problems posting images on SMF 2.06 (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=517464.0)

And yes, you found one of the many topics describing the issue :D Unfortunately it's a known issue, and the only work around is to possibly open your image and save it again using a different program... see if that works and let me know!

That did the trick. I'm a Krita user, but GIMP did the trick. Thanks. :)
