It was completed sometime in 1994 by Simon Green as a tribute to David Carter after his death in January of that year.
To my shame this has been lying unwatched on a Romdos D20 disk for the last 25 years. I think I had a quick look at it back in 1994 but was put off by the slow scroll in Part 2. Mmm.
