Mode 2 French slideshow from 1994 or 1995 by Digital Dream which features seventeen screens grabbed from Nirvana's 1993 MTV special.
I've added the original (unmodified) 'Turnaround' track from the Incesticide album as a suitable backing song so if you want the silent slideshow experience - hit the mute button.
