I read this old thread in oceans experience from 2005.
They speak about a game never released in amstrad "batman the aventure".
Anyone knows anything about it?.

Considering Batman the caped crusader was an awfull speccyport, it can't be considered a proper CPC release... ;)

I wouldn't call it awful. Sure I would have liked the entire graphics to have been redone to a more CPC-quality level but they're still nicely drawn to begin with and they added a lil bit more colour for the faces and such to help the sprites stand out. Still my favourite of the three Batman games on CPC. My only real complaint about it was that the combat should have had a more satisfying feel (a nice crunchy punch sound and knocking the villains to the floor rather than the odd spinning thing they do and you're not really sure you even hit them). Still love the comic panel transition effect too.
yeah, the game was nice, the "port" was despicable.
