I have tried numerous different versions of it from various sites , But I am unable to get this game to work on Win Ape, the only version that does work is the demo version. Any advice on how to get this cool looking game to operate?

I can confirm this as well. But it doesnt run on WinCPC either.
Also tried version from Odiesoft site (creator of Megablasters) :(

You have to remove "Fast Disc Emulation".
goto settings/general in WinApe.
