Cassette Covers

Does anyone know a resource (if one exisits) that holds a libary of Cassette Tape Covers, I'm missing the inlay for Bomb Jack and would love to make a reproduction.

If nothing exisits is there any mileage in creating something in the forum by scanning and uploading covers and instructions?
