CPC-POWER (http://www.cpc-power.com/) has scanned manuals for most games.

Try CPCRulez (http://cpcrulez.fr/) - although their range of instruction manuals isn't as large as CPC-POWER's, and a lot of them are in plain text format (which can be more convenient than having to download and view a large PDF file).
