Must be something I am doing wrong I cannot see a tape file to download and the Disk file do not contain any images.

dcdrac, are you using WinRAR to open the files once their downloaded? It could be another archive program, 7zip or other, could maybe corrupt the archive.

I've downloaded all of Neil79's links and the dsk, cdt, cpr et all are there.

ah yes I am using 7ZIP but I see nothing in the CDT download links themselves othe than install the downloader fo r the website itself which I am loathe to do.

Untick the with downloader option via link :)

I missed that step by using jdownloader so wasn't aware of the toolbar / downloader tick box ;)

sorted and here with the extracted files for sue with CPCXP for the Virtual Worlds Compilation.

and here is an extracted ready to transfer to 3 1/2 inch siak version of elite, Plus machines do not seem to like Elite.

Elite needs a keyboard patch to work on the Plus.

Worth noting that the GBCPC (Gamebase CPC) can always be found here: CPCPOWER, GBCPC (http://www.cpc-power.com/gamebasecpc/) . Includes all the extras, too.

Deathstlke on 3/12 inch floppy keys do not respond on a Plus so will try it on a standard CPC
