Has anyone managed to get this game to work? It seems as if it's one of the few games which has some demo tricks of it's own. Was even reported on the Disk Image that some real CPCs have problems with this game!

You're right that it uses some screen tricks, but the DSK image definitely works with all the emulators I've tried. What emulator and which version are you using?
OMG, it would seem I was using the really old Disk Image from 1995!! ??? Problem solved when I downloaded the update. Sorry!! :-[ I understand that back in the early phases of NVG, many games were cracked and placed there, so things have come a long way since then to get programs working! ;D But yeah, I was using the Old Grell and Falla in the Enchanted Garden Disk Image with the latest Winape (V2 alpha 17?).
Now I've played it a little bit of it, it's a pity the Controls are strange in some cases your trying to go Right and your man is moving Left! ??? Otherwise it's a nice game.
What game is it ? got some pictures ? Links ?
It is reviewed at cpcgamereviews.

(It's at the bottom of the page).
Looks interesting actually.
The scrolling isn't particularly smooth, but it does scroll pretty quickly, particularly when controlling the fairy character.
The screen fade when changing between characters is rather impressive though.
The screenshot on CPC Reviews isn't particularly all that good, so I've attached some of the ones I've grabbed.
The Scrolling doesn't really bother me, it's the game play which beats me, it's quite frustrating to play, maybe it's deliberate or something as a means of testing the player out. It appears the game as a double jeopardy to it, if one of the characters die, then it's game over. Hmm.
This looks sweet... never even heard of it before! I'll give it a try - thanks!
