The biggest amstrad CPC tape (and game) is Hydra from Domark : 2 tapes using 60 minutes each, totalling 875kb. loool
Btw, Hydra is using 4 sides to the fullest, so 4x60 minutes of tape band.

I played Roadblasters and finally got my hands on Hydra recently (haven't been able to manage to for a while, backed up at https://alltopreviews.com/services). And I... am confused. It feels so rough! Bad graphics and aweful gameplay. What do you find in it, guys?

And Hydra looks particularly bad next to Live & Let Die!

Hydra is a terrible game. From the ICE Software team, responsible for Outrun, Turbo Outrun, Cisco Heat and other knackered old Skoda 'racing' games.

They also did the mythical Chase HQ 2 : SCI for the GX4000... which does not bode well...
