Title: Khandal
Post by: MiguelSky on 12:16, 24 June 17
I OCRed and autotyped the listing of this game from Popular Computing Weekly http://www.cpcwiki.eu/index.php/File:PopularComputingWeekly86121800057.jpg and when I got it finally working I realized that the main character of the game is not shown (neither other characters, I think). In the first lines of the program it tries to load a "data" file which probably adds the missing graphics. I REMed this line in order to get the game working as I don't have this "data" file. Does anyone know where this "data" file is? The article doesn't say any about it...

I join my listing. I haven't fully tested because the lack of characters make it impossible to play.

Yes,  I had already read this number. Curiously, it mentions that the listing was being released in four parts,  but only three listings are available.

Unfortunately the issue of Popular Computing Weekly that contains the fourth and final part (15th January 1987) hasn't been scanned - and no, I don't have a physical copy of it. :(
