Looking for name of a game

I used to have an Amstrad 6128+ way back and had a lot of games, but there is one game I have been looking for and could never find it. I don't remember much about it except I think it was puzzle based and one level had a map of the world on it and there was several questions you had to answer about the world and I think there was a hot air balloon floating about in it and maybe guy on one side of the screen with blonde hair (don't quote me on that being true) with a white shirt and he was the one asking the questions, the balloon may have been what you used to find the right location on the map, but again I don't remember for sure. I don't remember much of the next level, except green bush sprites for some reason. I think the game may have been a detective like game but really don't remember. If anyone knows what it might be, that would be great.
