Hello there. First time posting here.
Anyone here played the isometric adventure game called "MOVIE"? If so, are there any documentation on the game about? I'm looking for a walkthrough or an instruction booklet because I don't really get what I'm supposed to be doing. LOL.
Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks.
Hi thepeaguy
Welcome here :D
I think what you are looking for is already in the CPCWIKI

But I am not absolutly sure because it is in French and I don't really know this game!!
Hope you can make sense of it!

Oh, great. Thanks!
I have a friend who knows French, so maybe he can translate the map's legend for me.

Okay, I know I'm a bit late to this thread, but here's one thing you can do too...if it isn't too late now. :p
Get this Spectrum emulator: ftp://ftp.worldofspectrum.org/pub/sinclair/emulators/pc/windows/zxspin0.666.zip (http://ftp://ftp.worldofspectrum.org/pub/sinclair/emulators/pc/windows/zxspin0.666.zip)
Then get a recording of the game being played through on the Spectrum here: http://www.rzxarchive.co.uk/m.php (http://www.rzxarchive.co.uk/m.php)
Then open the file with the emulator and watch the whole game being played from beginning to end.
...or just watch a video of it here: Movie on the ZX Spectrum Walkthrough (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lle8Xu-UBV0#)
The RZX Archive has recordings of a lot of Spectrum games, so if you're struggling with an Amstrad game that is identical to the Spectrum version, chances are that you might be able to find a recording of it there. ;)
Yes indeed, I've gone down this path many times.
Only in the name of research of course. 8)
Never knew what the heck I was meant to do in this game but I played it anyways just for the slick, cool atmosphere. Ain't like it cost me much either. Was on a 20 pack of games for 99 pence with loads of other cool games too. Good times. :)
Hey guys.
I'm sorry for necroing this thread, but I wanted to post a playthrough of the Amstrad version of MOVIE. There are password differences in the game, but overall it's similar to the ZX Spectrum.
