Right ladies and gents,
Mr. Mark Jones, formerly a graphic designer at Ocean sw in the late 80's is currently putting together a loading screen gallery for the CPC, Spectrum and C64 on the Ocean facebook page at:
http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10150294636363213.355256.514703212&type=3#!/groups/4149619741/photos/ (http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10150294636363213.355256.514703212&type=3#%21/groups/4149619741/photos/)
Would anyone who has a Ocean/Imagine game loading screen, not among those contained in "photos" on the facebook page please care to post it on this thread and they will be duly harvested and uploaded to facebook for posterity.
also Mark will shortly be adding a gallery for none commercial computer art which was inspired by the Ocean/Imagine posters of Bob Wakelin. So anyone possessing any old or new "demo" art based on the Ocean images please feel free to upload that here too (please mark it as such for reference, along with the artists name if known)
Cheers,
Steve
I don't have Facebook.
I hope someone upload the content of his work and add it to the CPC Wiki Mark K. Jones page or somethink else ?
Mark, like Bob and others, you are welcome here! :)
He always can use the loading screens from CPC-Power (Imagine (http://www.cpc-power.com/index.php?page=staff&lenom=Imagine%20Software) & Ocean (http://www.cpc-power.com/index.php?page=staff&lenom=Ocean%20Software)), i think that the CPC-Power team will be glad to help :)
Wow, nice page!
Vindicator is one of my favorites - must have something to do with the fact that I stared at it a zillion times...
(btw, how to download images from that fB gallery thingy?)

There you are, a picture of a FB gallery...
;D
Nice, and I can click on pictures too !!! :o
Sure, nothing append...
@Gryzor...
click on the little pics and they will appear as bigger ones then right click the big pic and "save picture as". you will have to rename it tho becuase the filename will be gibberish.
Steve
I think fB uses two gallery options, one does not offer save as in the context menu...
