It was available from 4MHz (https://www.4mhz.es/producto/operation-alexandra/) but it has since sold out and I doubt that 4MHz will be making any more copies. You could try contacting them anyway to see if they plan to offer it for sale again.

As it was a tape release maybe ask a floppy one ?
