I know that area. There was a big Traveller site in Dunsink, Finglas. It wouldn't last much longer as a halting site got built around the corner for them to settle in a couple of years later. I grew up about a 20 minute walk away from it.
I can confirm however, that was *not* my CPC464 in that photo however. Nor do I know the child, as I was 15 in 1991.
Great photo though.
Don't downplay the fact that you sold your trusty old 464 for a mere 10 quid to someone's dad 20 minutes from your house in order to fund a c64GS.
What's a 'halting site' btw?

I did worse, I left a 464, 664, 6128 and a 6128plus in the attic of the old family home along with a bunch of hardware and discs! I'd have taken ten quid over what I got for that stunt!!!
A Halting site is where settled travellers are placed in. It's like a dedicated parking space for the caravans so they're not on public land. Not sure if I'm explaining it correctly though.
Sooo was this a game of Settlers or something? I thought a Travellers site was what you described :D But I think I understand, cheers.

Kinda like parking bays. As opposed to just driving your caravan into a random field and sitting there.
Used on a punk album from the band What's Wrong: https://www.discogs.com/fr/release/2417101-Whats-Wrong-Whats-Wrong
Huh, now I want to listen to it!
