Title: Akihabara, a javascript library to create 8/16-bit era games
Post by: ced64k on 23:24, 30 November 12
Discovered today at dotjs conference in Paris.

QuoteIt is a set of libraries, tools and presets to create pixelated indie-style 8/16-bit era games in Javascript that runs in your browser without any Flash plugin, making use of a small small small subset of the HTML5 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTML_5) features, that are actually available on many modern browsers.

Run in desktop web browser, iPad, iPhone, Android, etc.

45 views, no comment? Weird.

Looks nice, and the demos are quite cool!

after taking a look at the source-code for Capman... it doesn't seem that difficult, might give it a whirl this weekend  :-)
