Did you host it yourself? If yes, you can still save the data by using some utilities. But you have to stop working on the harddisk immediately.
If not, your provider should have a backup he can re-install for you.

It's just a hired webspace.
The provider does not collect any backups, thats why this webspace is very cheap.
And I didn't, too :(

Well there is a google cache which may or may not be useful but I have no idea how to use wget to pull it all down easily and manually saving stuff takes forever but at least its better then nothing if you want to save some of the stuff in some form.
