I wonder if anyone can help me, I'm writing some Z80 tutorials, and I want to publicly (freely) distribute the 'cheat-sheet' I use for my assembly work.
A large part of this sheet is a condensed version of the Z80 assembly list found on
http://www.cantrell.org.uk/david/tech/cpc/cpc-firmware/
and I'm would like to gain permission to redistribute my derivative of this page.
I found an email address for David, but I've not heard any reply, and I'm a bit stuck right now, as I don't want to proceed with the tutorials without the cheat-sheet I relied on when I learned ASM.
Does anyone have any idea of a contact method for David Cantrell?
Looks like he was a member of The Register in 2015:

You could also check to see if he has a FaceBook or Twitter account.
Cheers,
Peter
Ah, but wait, that's not David's material; he only did the digital version. So I guess that with a nice attribution link and original credits you can use it indeed...
That's correct Gryzor. I then converted the HTML version to PDF with David's permission, that's the version that is on the site now :)
I received an email from David basically saying the same as Gryzor did ... I will update my website - adding the original author details.
it sounds like anyone who has any kind of 'claim' on the original source is not concerned about it's redistribution - which is good, as I just wanted to share the condensed version I rely on most days when I do Z80 development.
of course, anyone who wants to redistribute or modify my cheatsheet or tutorial is welcome.
For anyone who's not seen it, The tutorial, and cheatsheet are available here:

I plan to do lesson 2 this weekend... and I'll try to do a lesson each week if I can make time
