Anyone recognise this?

Yup it's an 5.25 double height MFM Hard-drive with an MFM 8bit ISA Controller Card. Probably with a huge capacity of about 10MB :D and probably from an Amstrad PC1512 or PC1640.

I've got my eye on it for my PC1640 (with the bust 20Mb HDD)....... I wonder if they parked the heads before removal?  ::)

It's in Cheshire! Do you know how difficult it is to get a parking space there?? So I doubt they parked it. :)

darn it!  I was too busy working late that I forgot about the auction end time.... and it went for 0.99 (with 9.50 postage).  pah!
