Title: Hi fellow Amstrad fans!
Post by: Vapid on 22:44, 13 November 15
Hi all, I've just registered here and needed to ask for help with a problem and thought it only polite to drop by and say hi first before I do. So, Hello fellow Amstrad fans, hope you are all well.

I've been a fan of the Amstrad for years, the 464 was the first computer I owned when I was young and it was the 464 which got me in to computers/gaming.

When I was younger I always wanted a 6128, but could never afford one at the time and I only got to read about the 6128 stuff in issues of Amstrad Action. But I've recently just got one to restore and fulfil that childhood dream!

I look forward to my stay here!

Welcome!

It's indeed nice to say hello and tell us a bit about you.

I hope our hardware geniuses can come with a solution for your problem so you can fully enjoy your 6128.

Cheers,
Rob

Welcome here mate!

I so wanted a 6128 when I had my 464; when I first saw one loading from disk my jaw fell so hard... Quite some time later I had managed to save enough for a second-hand 6128 with a tiny issue about which I didn't care the least - the volume wheel didn't work. In the even I fixed it myself (must have been quite a stupid problem if my young self managed to do it), but boy I loved it...
