Every now and then, I come across on Ebay Amstrad branded products being sold in Europe ... and boy are some of them strange!
Anyone fancy an Amstrad WATCH ???

I'm sure I've seen kitchen electrical appliances, and some strange TV game - either a DVD or something that plugs in to the TV a while ago.
Anyone know why Amstrad decided to do this?
Any other strange Amstrad products people have found?
:)
Oooh an Amstrad MP3 player!

Box is in English ... perhaps it was released in the UK then, never seen it in the shops!!
The mp3 player is just a generic chinese player, branded by Amstrad (but not necessarily so :D ). The watch is extra-interesting though...
Hey, MP3 player ?
So amstrad release a new Tape-Drive for CPC then ?

I have a few non CPC related Amstrad products. They are an extra interest for me. There is a cassette radio TV, some portable speakers that I still use on my iPod(!), and a sodoku hand held game.
Shame that watch doesn't have the Amstrad logo on it.
How about the double decker VHS recorder. It was quite controversial on release.
Well, yes, as were Aiwa's double tape recorders of course. Not that strange, but interesting nonetheless. Does anyhone have a photo?
Has anyone ever seen the Amstrad NES that was built? It has PS1 style controllers.
I think this has been discussed? Given that chinese NES knock-offs are illegal, I'm not too sure it was a legit Amstrad product. In Italy, wasn't it?
