If the original dtp files can be obtained it would be easy to print to PDF, no scanning required.

I am sorry to have to be the one to report that the former Editor of WACCI and my good friend of over 38 years - Phillip DiRichleau - died last Wednesday the 24th January 2024. He died peacefully in hospital surrounded by his family.

The photo was taken during one of our regular weekly Skype sessions. Note the shrunken head of Jeff Walker pinned to the wall behind Phil's head!!

i am deeply sorry to hear this.
Sincerest condolences to his family and friends.
As editor of WACCI Phillip was one of the guys keeping the "CPC scene" alive when it was continually shrinking.

Thank you SevenT for letting us know.

I have issue 95 which I'm happy to post to someone who's coordinating the scanning - not sure my scanner is up to it!

Issue 95 is already scanned in not too bad quality, but I can always redo it :

https://acpc.me/ACME/FANZINES_PAPIER/[ENG]ENGLISH/WACCI[INCOMPLETE]/WACCI_095[OCR].pdf

But there are a lot of missing ones if you have other issues, I'm happy to help with the scans  :)

I've recently scanned and added issues 26, 28, 30, 42 to 47, 51 to 55 to acpc.me :)

I've updated https://www.cpcwiki.eu/index.php/WACCI with what I think is a complete list of all the online WACCIs - the first 3 in disc format, the very many scanned by kailokyra, the 10 I scanned and the final 5 found on archive.org (two of which are in HTML format). Just need to tidy it up now, and scan some more some day.

(See also https://www.cpcwiki.eu/forum/applications/wacci-pd-library-list-of-software/ and https://www.cpcwiki.eu/forum/general-discussion/wacci-issues-1-3-october-to-december-1986-on-disc/)

Just a quick note here to say which issues I've got that haven't already been scanned: 49, 60, 62-81 (12 issues in total). I'll try to get them done this year!

Also:
* WACCI Library Supplement, edition 5, December 1996 (red cover page)
* The Complete WACCI Library, edition 1, April 1994
* The Magazine Index, issues 1-81, October 1994 (A5 format)
* The Complete WACCI Library, edition 2, November 1994

I've got printed "souvenir" copies of issues 1 and 2, which give the impression that the original issues weren't printed or at least weren't typeset like a magazine. I have typed out those notes into the wiki at https://www.cpcwiki.eu/index.php/WACCI_issue_1_(October_1986) and https://www.cpcwiki.eu/index.php/WACCI_issue_2_(November_1986).

Yeap, just load them into Stop Press or Microdesign - whichever one was used, then set WinAPE to print to PDF and print from there and the beauty is, even if each issue was a whole batch of files for each page, you can set each issue to print into one PDF file (as you have to name the file as you set WinAPE to do so).
