I found on github a guy who build a little board with an FPGA emulating 40010 functions.
https://github.com/codedchip/AMSGateArray
Unfortunately there are no kidad (or other) schema for order it on JLCPCB (soldering a SMD chip is too complex to me), nay of you know something about this GA replacement?
thx
Alessio
Yes. It is the gerald's schematic design that was expected to fit into a XC95288 CPLD.
His original project is more ambitious, by fitting into the socket only! :)

OMG that's perfect!!
Who sell this little masterpieces? (or upload on github the project).
I'm trying to resuscitate a CPC6128 from death, already ordered CPU, FDD controller and 46505, ask a friend to "burn" a couple of 27c but 40010 is almost impossible to find.
thanks
Alessio
It is the gerald's prototype. Waiting for it... :)
@Alessio There are gerber board files here https://github.com/codedchip/AMSGateArray/tree/master/40010 (https://github.com/codedchip/AMSGateArray/tree/master/40010) . just upload the gerbers.zip file to jlcpcb. If you are not able to solder the CPLD maybe there is a repair shop local to you that might be able to help?
I ordered a set of both the 40007 and 40010. My old 464 uses the 40007 and it doesn't quite work with my system for some unknown reason(see my result here: https://www.cpcwiki.eu/forum/amstrad-cpc-hardware/gate-array-decapped!/msg217953/#msg217953 (https://www.cpcwiki.eu/forum/amstrad-cpc-hardware/gate-array-decapped!/msg217953/#msg217953) ), but many are reporting success with the 40010.
