The 464 is now alive and well now that we solved the slow speed tape problem and minus a CLR key.
Parts replaced were:
3 x ram chips
IC110 Z80 CPU
IC108 6845 CRT
Tape drive belt
Tape idler tyre (modified O-ring used)
Tape counter drive belt (rubber band used for the moment).
This needed much less chips than the 6128 I recently did.
The ram was not getting hot either.
I do need either a clr key or a keyboard if anybody has one.
